This part is for high precision of medical equipment use. It has very low tolerance for the part. Most of the tolerance is +/- 0.03. For some dimensions, it has +/- 0.01. In order to achieving the dimension, we designed safety tolerance on steel, then adding to the correct one. 1 time of tryout can meet the customer requirement, then release the tool soon after small production.
