Project summary: the product is characterized by high requirement of the size and surface, and the tolerance requirement of the product is about + / – 0.05mm. The surface parting line need very well finish. Therefore, we are using the mirror sparkle machine to directly process the products to meet the customer’s requirement, instead of using texture after mould polish. Finally we ensure the part line surface performance as customer’s. In addition, a mechanical anti-collision structure is used for mould construction to avoid the crash or damage when mold encounter unexpected events during the automatic production process. In addition, due to the requirement of the coaxiality of the hole, so we use the structure of the large slider with the small slider, and use the oil cylinder to drive the large slider to achieve the large slider, small slider and mould opening movement order sequence.
