This project is a whole assembly for printer. Each parts will be assembled together. The importance is the appearance issues for this project.
At the beginning, we discussed it with customer about the function and special requirements of each part, mould flow reports were done to get the optimal gate location and type accordingly. Regarding side housing part, we decided to choose the valve gate for avoiding sink mark and color mixture issues. The good result is shown now. the part is very good to meet the customer’s satisfies.
